The vineyards of the Bratoš family are located in the southeastern part of the historic Konavle field cultivated in the time of the Dubrovnik Republic, protected by the Sniježnica mountain from strong Dinaric winds. The autochthonous variety Dubrovnik Malvasia, but also world-famous varieties such as Merlot or Muscat are planted on a mixed soil of fertile black clay and red soil, limestone soils rich in minerals.
The constant supply of salty sea air adds to the fullness of the grape flavor. The traditional harvesting or picking takes place in the last sunny days of September in the presence of the whole family. Bratoš wines offer three types of white wine (Dubrovnik Malvasia, Muscat Yellow, Maraština), Red Wine (Merlot) and Rose (Merlot).
